Delivery UK Orders

Orders are only available for sale in the UK.  The charge for postage is from £2.50 per parcel; special delivery is available on request at a cost of £6.50.    If you are wishing to place an order from overseas, please email directly to enquire about costs.

Items will be delivered within 7-14 days (unless otherwise stated), often sooner subject to stock.

Although most items are in stock should an item be pending delivery or require reordering, a longer waiting period may occur. In such circumstances customers will be notified by email or phone call. 

If your order goes missing in transit, you must notify By Harriet as soon as possible. This allows us to escalate our enquiry with Royal Mail or carriers. Following the outcome of our enquiries a refund or replacement may be issued at our discretion.
